We booked our Disneyland vacation with Jenn Mueller and it was incredible. Jenn set us up for success, giving us so much information about what to expect, tips and tricks and where to find specific things for our first visit there with kids. Jenn is extremely professional, devoted to her clients and has all the tools at her fingertips to make sure you have a fantastic vacation.

In addition to booking our accommodations and tickets, she even got us the best price on a ride from the airport to our hotel (more than $50 cheaper than what I could find with all my research).

It was a last-minute trip with so many changes, and, Erica handled it in the best way possible. We dealt with Erica. We went to Disneyland and Universal Studios. She is absolutely awesome. There was 10 in our party (6adults 4 children) we did a 4 day hopper pass with Genie+.Was definitely worth the money. Helped so much with the wait times. The day we arrived we dropped our bags and hit Disney California Park and managed to get on 5 rides. Figured out Genie + so we were all set for the next few days in Disneyland.
Erica also arranged all our transportation from pickup at airport to hotel/from hotel to Universal Studios for the day and return/drop-off back at airport. She also recommended apps to set up to have groceries delivered to hotel so we could have breakfast and snacks when we came back from Park for a break. Erica also made reservations for dinner for 2 nights at Downtown Disney restaurants that we wanted. She is efficient, super easy to deal with, very prompt with answers to any and all questions.
Erica definitely is Disney knowledgeable and beyond. If you are planning a Disney Vacation please use Enchanted Vacations and Erica if she is the representative for your area.

My family and I wanted to book my 40th in Disneyland, and Enchanted Vacations made it happen! We had questions, and they had answers. We had concerns, and they put them to rest. We made a couple changes through the booking process, and they always delivered. We enjoyed a truly magical time, and I have this business of Disney professionals to thank for it!

We are travelling to Japan for the first time as a family with our three young kids and had initial stress and worry about it. How fortunate and lucky we are to have retained Tamara as our travel advisor who meticulously planned our three week itinerary that included all of our desired travel destinations and within our tight budget too.

She definitely went beyond the call of duty by booking reservations or tickets on certain dates for a variety of events on our behalf, and providing helpful insight on necessary actions to take upon arrival such as obtaining e-cards, Internet connection, local baggage delivery, electronic customs declaration, and common food stores and local sites to visit. Her info even included detailed step by step instructions for how to purchase the e-cards and the trains or buses to take going to/from locations.

This is the first trip where we only had to provide minimal effort in the planning process, because Tamara covered all of the bases already. It was such a pleasant and helpful experience this time to what is typically a mundane and stressful task. I just can't say enough about how great Andrea Watkins was with planing my families magical trip to LA and Amaheim for Taylor Swift concert and Disneyland! Andrea set us up at the Best Western mini suites Park Place with a great hot breakfast right across the street from the main gate. Andrea shared all her tips and tricks for a fantastic Disney Adventure! Andrea was just a click away during our trip if we had any questions. I definatly recommend her for all your travel needs!

Tina was an amazing help in planning our Disneyland holiday. We had visited in the past but not for a number of years. She helped guide us with all the updated Disney ways.
